PORTLAND, Ore. — Heading into Week 13, the Big Ten race essentially comes down to CFP No. 4 Penn State with an outside chance at the conference title game but the winner of No. 5 Indiana vs. one-loss No. 2 Ohio State controlling its own destiny.
The Big Ten holds the top two CFP spots with Oregon leading the nation for the third week — also the season’s first non-SEC team in the top AP ranking.
